3 Ways to have Mental Clarity to achieve goals in 2021.

I know your goals are very important for you and you can do anything to achieve those goals. But very often you forget what were your goals and why your daily habits don’t make you walk the path of success. Yes! a lot of us suffer with this problem that we forget what we were doing and what we have to do(still having goals in our minds).

Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = RADICAL DIFFERENCE”

One important ingredient in above equation distinguishes whether you are going in right way or not.

That is “Consistency”.

What I am going to advise you, follow that advice with Consistency.

Following are the habits you can just start today to have a clear aim:

1. Start writing a Journal

By hearing the name of journal don’t think of those fancy notebooks with mini microscopic letters(Any paper will work). You just have to write in it to keep track of your days.

Track your daily habits for a week and keep reflecting and asking yourself a question: Are my daily habits resonating with the goals I long to achieve? If no then start by changing one habit one by one. (We will discuss it in some other article).

Writing what you do in a day will help you get conscious of your time and will prevent you from sleepwalking through your whole day.

2.Use worst-first strategy

I know your to-do list doesn’t motivate you to get off from your place and start doing something. Is that because you wrote something which looks very hard . Start with doing that hard thing. It’s completion will remove the pressure and will increase your motivation to do the less hard tasks with more interest and like a champ.

Important thing is that when you do something hard your confidence increases and also the hard thing which you thought was hard never stays hard.

Use it!

I know it will be hard but it’s worth the price and will get you to the next level of productivity and contentment.

This is something called Do something principle where you start doing something and then enjoy the results.

3. Quit social media(Don’t Panic)

Social media is a major time drainer and it causes a great loss to your precious time and makes us regretful. It is important for you to at least try deleting Instagram and Facebook which you most use for scrolling.

Leaving social media will make you feel the saved time and will make you feel the freedom which can be used for other important things in your life.
